Carolina Shore Construction is based in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area and was founded in 2019 by three friends with diverse experience in the construction and real estate fields. Our leadership team holds a General Contractor's License, a Professional Engineering License and a SC Real Estate Broker's License, allowing us to offer a wide range of outstanding services to our clients. We specialize in adding value to each client's property by constructing quality low-country style ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), garage & porch additions, affordable pool packages, and home renovations designed to fit each client’s unique lifestyle and budget. We specifically focus on generating a return on our client's investment, either by generating rental income via ADUs, or increasing their property value upon resale. We work closely with our team of highly skilled craftsmen to bring to life your vision to life. We also pride ourselves on our ever-increasing knowledge of current construction trends, green building materials, and energy efficiency.
